General terms and Conditions

This page explains the terms and conditions that apply to using the Psychosis Recovery 101 website, purchasing products, and taking part in our services.

Our goal is to be clear and transparent about what you can expect from our support, as well as your rights and responsibilities as a client. Please take a moment to read these terms carefully before purchasing or participating in our services.

Client Agreement & Essential Terms

Non-clinical support:
Coaching through Psychosis Recovery 101 is informed by certified peer-support training and lived experience. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or a replacement for professional mental health services.

Ongoing professional care:
Clients are encouraged to remain connected to an appropriately qualified local healthcare professional, such as a doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist, regarding their mental health and psychosis-related needs.

No crisis intervention:
Psychosis Recovery 101 does not provide 24/7 crisis support or emergency intervention. If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis or feel that you or someone else may be in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or crisis line directly (for example, 112 in the European Union).
